Come join Little Parrot Farm’s Community Yoga!
Join local yoga teacher Rachel Wang for a morning flow reset, starting off the new year with movement and meditation.
Connect body and breath with a slow, mindful practice designed to unknot your body, release tensions, and create space. All levels and backgrounds are welcomed.
There will be an opportunity after class to tour the farm! Check out the animal sanctuary including alpacas, mini pigs, rabbits, and more. Do some grocery shopping of produce grown right from the farm, as well as homemade goods made by LPF volunteers.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, Water Bottle, Reusable Bag
Please arrive 15 minutes before class to get settled in and familiar with the farm.
$5-$15 suggested donation – proceeds will go towards Little Parrot Farm to help keep it operating!
